Troy brings his unique background in operations, student property management, and non-traditional marketing to Fraternity Row. A graduate of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Troy possesses a keen understanding of the operations principles necessary to make any property a success. In addition, a professional background that has included positions in entertainment marketing and work as the Marketing Director of urban student properties - paired with his knowledge of cutting edge web technology - means that Fraternity Row can truly deliver 21st century living for today's active college student.
Greek Director: Michael Matthew

Michael brings his knowledge of Greek Life to Fraternity Row as the property's liaison to the Greek Community. Michael has an undergraduate degree in Political Science and he is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Political Science at SDSU. A Greek man himself, Michael was an active member of his fraternity and held positions as Fraternity President as well as participating in IFC as the Vice-President. Michael will oversee a number of programs designed to enrich the lives of Fraternity men living at The Row and provide guidance in a number of areas including: rush, risk management, philanthropy, co-vending, and community relations.
Resident Coordinators:
Danny Abal - Danny is an undergraduate Econ Major at SDSU and a member of Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity.
James Reed - James is the newest addition to the Fraternity Row team. James is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Student Veteran's Organization.
Jack Phipps - Jack is a Junior Anthropology major. Jack played men's club Lacrosse for SDSU for 3 years, is on the speech and debate team, and is working on a communications minor.
Fraternity Row is owned and managed by the San Diego State Research Foundation.
