Fraternity Row has been hailed as a unique Greek housing model for universities across the nation. With eight freestanding, two-story chapter houses encircling a four-story, sixty-one unit apartment complex, the project presents a creative alternative for members who desire apartment-style living as opposed to the dormitory-style living of traditional fraternity houses.
Located just feet from the SDSU campus, Fraternity Row provides housing for up to 264 students on 1.4 acres. Its close proximity to campus, Cox Arena, Aztec Recreation Center, and Aztec Aquaplex make it a prime location for any student. The apartment complex provides residents with privacy and independence with the convenience of on-campus life only steps away. The property offers two- and three-bedroom units housing between two and four students respectively.
Each apartment features quality appliances including refrigerator, oven, range, dishwasher, and microwave. All apartment bedrooms are wired for telephone, cable, and high-speed Internet. Each apartment unit also includes a balcony/patio, fire sprinkler system, central air and heat, and secured access doors. Covered parking, with a security gate, is available.
